The Home

This custom built lake front home was finished in 2023 and was truly designed to be shared by multiple families. It contains 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths over ~2600 sq feet, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The lake is located in a private community and is as family friendly as it gets - aside from the designated swimming area by the beach, it's shallow across the entire lake (2 to 4 ft) and only non-motorized vessels are permitted (canoes, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boats).

The Inside

On the main floor there are 2 master suites with king beds and custom designed bathrooms, each with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The living room has seating for 8, perfectly centered in the room to enjoy the floor to ceiling fireplace, the 70" flat screen TV or just to enjoy the views of the lake. The dining area has a custom reclaimed barnwood table with seating for 10 which is adjacent to the double sliding doors to the screened in porch. At the heart of the first floor is the spacious kitchen with a large island with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy spending time in the kitchen - Keurig dual function coffee maker (pot and pods), toaster, waffle iron, pancake griddle, pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. Down the hall, you will find a separate powder room with a pocket door, as well as a washer and dryer and additional closet space for coats, shoes, etc.

Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with rustic Amish built twin over queen bunk beds and a dresser. There is a large hallway bathroom with double vanities and a full shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall is the large bonus room, complete with a 65" screen TV, a convertible couch, a PS3 and Wii, a 9' shuffleboard and a 4 seat high top table for board games, puzzles, or additional seating to watch TV. This is a perfect spot for kids!

The Outside

While there are so many reasons to spend time inside the home, there are just as many reasons to spend time outside. The house sits on almost an acre and a half of lakefront property, offering both amazing views of the lake while maintaining a level of privacy unmatched in this area.

In addition to the professional landscaping of the front yard, the backyard has been thoughtfully designed for pure outdoor enjoyment. The patio table and chairs on the deck can seat 8 while the screened porch offers guests another place to enjoy the fresh air and views of the lake. Just off the deck are stepping stones leading down to the waterfront firepit area with a large Solo firepit and 6 Adirondack chairs. We have also created a natural stone "patio" at the water's edge for easy access into and out of the lake when using the home's 4 kayaks or 3 stand up paddle boards.

By taking a quick walk on the path we created through the woods at the edge of the property, you will have access to everything the lake community offers, from the fishing dock to the beach with designated swimming area to the sand volleyball courts. There's also another fishing lake within the community and a couple of tennis courts that you have access to. Whether you want to drink a cup of coffee lakeside or take a kayak out, there's plenty of ways to enjoy this space!
